ഇതുപോലത്തെ അവസ്ഥ ഒരു ഭാരതിയുനും വരാതിരിക്കട്ടേ എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു .

ഇതിൽ ഏറ്റവും ഭയാനകമാകുന്നത് നമ്മുടെ ചുറ്റുപാടും  കണ്ട 2 ഫേസ് ആണ്.

കുറെ ആളുകൾ ഏതു മോദിക്ക് നേരെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റിയതാണ് എന്ന് കരുതി ഫേസ്ബുക്കിൽ കുറെ കോറി വരച്ചു, സാധാരണ വടക്കേ ഇൻഡയിൽ എന്ത് ഉണ്ടയാലും ബൈ ഡിഫുൾട് മോഡി ആണ് ഉത്തരം പറയേണ്ടത് എന്നാണ് കേരളം മീഡിയ ഉണ്ടാക്കി വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സിസ്റ്റം.

അപ്പോളാണ് അമളി പറ്റിയ കാര്യം അവർ അറിഞ്ഞത്.ഒറീസ സോഷ്യലിറ്റിസ് ആണ് ഭരിക്കുന്നത് ...

Kerala Budget Opening 2015 - Fun show

I would have appreciated if the whole media has shifted their concentration from where Mani is going to come to assembly to present the so called Budget, to what could be in budget and how we the common man get screwed again and what would be intensity.

Dear Medias, we know that both these left & right wing parties are two sides of a coin and all these are dramas which are very well written and followed, and I am not overlooking the capability of yours being a massive part of it.

 Dear media friends, rather than giving your full throttle in finding about errors / mistakes and bad mouthing of the central government show some balls to go deep into this presently so called secular government and shed some light who has the major part of the theft.

All these media proclaimed saints will win the seats as we the intelligent Kerala people will vote basing on religion / caste. Well, here goes the old saying, “you get what you deserve”.

Well, sooner, we may be lucky enough to Vote for the recently notorious Millionaire, when stands under any of these hooligans flag, and we see only the color basing the religion and cast our vote for him.

There is no fairy queen or savior will come from the sky, my dear. The change is in your hands. Don’t refrain from voting, but put that for someone who is far better away from these mafia. God Bless.

വീട്ടില്ലേ  അമ്മയുടെ കൂടെ ഇരുന്നു ഇതു കാണുന്ന കുഞ്ഞു കുട്ടികളുടെ കാര്യമാണ് അതിലും കഷ്ടം...ഇ വിഷം കണ്ടു കണ്ടു അവര്ക്ക് നല്ലതും ചീത്തയും അറിയാതെ പോകുന്നു...അത് മത്രമല്ല അവ അവരുടെ ഭാവി ജീവിതത്തെ മാറ്റി മറിക്കുകയും ചെയുന്നു....

 

എന്തൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാലും വീടിലെ വിളക്ക് അവടത്തെ ഗ്രിഹ നാഥ തന്നെ ആണ്...അത് ഒരു സത്യം ആണ്.....അവടെ എപ്പോൾ കണ്ട്രോൾ പോക്നുവോ അപ്പോൾ മുതൽ കുടുംബതില്ലേ സന്തോഷം സമാധാനം പുറത്തേക്കു പോകുന്നു.....അതിനാൽ നമ്മളുടെ സ്ത്രകൾ തന്നെ ഇതന് മുൻകൈ ഇടതു ഇ വിഷം വീട്ടിൽ കയറാതെ നോക്കുക....

 

 

Employee's Motivation Factors

 A few simple things can make a some massive changes in your business life. The most complicate machinery in this planet is human being and it needs extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with people, especially if your are in human resources or personal management. 

Due to the economic ups & downs I had to face few instances (contradictory to each other) on hiring & firing of sales guys from my team. Needless to say, both process have its kind of pressure on me. Well, lets stick to the headline.  

A quite lot of quit letters fall on my desk when the world economy started to show the bright light which compelled the management to think about the process to employee's sustainability or on the other hand how to cap the attrition. Some big heads came up the idea of salary raise in general for all employees regardless of their performance, sales, etc. Well, thank to God, there were some grey hair in our management which shot the idea in the bull's eye and kept the big shot at the corner and served him the costly snacks to keep his mouth shut. 

After few hours of brainstorming and in consideration with annual budget, sales target, global scenario etc, one gentleman proposed to re work on the EPA (Appraisal in short)with these motivational factors... achievement, recognition, responsibility and advancement. 

Well, looked to fine to all of the team and they are in process of the revising the process and time will tell the impact.

Anyway, these factors are not discovered or generated by him, you can find it in the management books and was termed by  "Frederick Herzberg". More data is available online. Worthy to read it.

Who am I ?

 In this world you wear different masks which suits to different scenarios. But sometimes, the mask becomes so real that you cannot take it away. And days passes by, you become more obsessed to the character played by wearing the mask. Finally, when you see your real face in mirror, you may ask yourself " who am I?" Loosing you individuality,not being you is the most dreadful thing you can do it yourself. Later, you become someone that no one knows and puts you in deep shell of despair.
